SAIBR & RightAngle Implementation (Energy Sector) 

  • Led change management and business readiness for a multi-phase SAIBR implementation integrated with RightAngle, including rollout of a new scheduling and logistics platform. Identified process gaps, clarified ownership, reinforced end-of-day (EOD) standards, and aligned stakeholders to support adoption of new system workflows. 

People Analytics & Workforce Strategy (Retail Sector) 

  • Supported a large-scale retail operating model transformation by embedding people analytics into a shift from a flat store structure to a defined role hierarchy. Improved clarity around roles, progression, and decision-making, enabling more consistent and transparent workforce practices across stores. 

Behavioural Science Strategy & Experimentation (Enterprise Clients) 

  • Designed and scaled behavioural science strategies for financial services and telecom clients, improving customer engagement and repayment outcomes. Leveraged RCTs, segmentation, and behavioural modelling to test, optimize, and operationalize interventions within a SaaS platform.
